Kula is a recruitment automation platform that provides the functionalities to automate most tasks in a usual outbound hiring flow, resulting in a broader top-of-the-candidate funnel, better engagement, and faster hires for companies.
We’ve created detailed articles with instructions, best practices, and examples to help you get started with Kula, make the most of the dashboard, and have fun while you do it all :)
Platform Features
The Kula platform has the following prominent features:
Kula Flows (automate outbound recruitment)
Kula Flows help you:
Build a vast talent pool from multiple sources - spreadsheets, phone books, LinkedIn, GitHub, and more.
Automate cold reach outs and periodic follow-ups from multiple senders through LinkedIn InMails and Emails.
Measure and track the performance of different Kula Flows to optimize the process.
Here’s how you can get started with Kula Flows.
Circles (make employee referrals effortless)
Circles help you bring all your employees' networks to one place - imagine your company's personal LinkedIn with advanced filters.
Recruiters can mine the internal employee network for best-fit candidates and ask for introductions from the connected employees. This makes warm reach-outs effortless.
The referral flow inside Circles is proactive, where recruiters can ask for a referral to a particular candidate, unlike relying on employees to find candidates and refer them like before.
Here’s how to get started with Circles.
Contacts
Anyone you know who is a present candidate, a future candidate, or a connection whose contact details are known can be saved as a contact inside Kula. The contacts can be filtered, tagged, and marked for future references and engagement for roles.
Here’s a detailed overview of the Contacts module.
Dashboard
The dashboard is a collection of readymade reports. It helps you to measure the engagement efforts of your reach outs. You can use these reports to analyze your candidate engagement and predict the talent pipeline for the quarter or year.
