Global Search is the feature provided by Kula to enhance your search experience.
How to access Global Search
There are 2 ways you can access the global search.
You can use the search icon ( 🔍) on the left navigation bar to open the search bar.
2. You can also use the keyboard shortcut (cmd ⌘+ K) to open the search bar
Note: In order to make your search you must type in at least three characters in the search box.
Understanding your search results
Search results are sorted into 3 categories All, Contacts, and Kula Flows.
All: Shows search results of both Contacts and Kula Flows.
Contacts: Shows lists of Contacts from Circles matching your search term
The contact result will show the following information relevant to the contact:
- Name of the contact
- Current role of the contact
- Current company of the contact
- Contact stage (if added in any Kula Flows)
Kula Flows: Shows results from the Kula Flows section picking the title of the campaign matching your search input
The Kula Flows result will show the following information relevant to Kula Flows:
- Title of the Kula Flow
- Status of the Kula Flow
- Owner name of the Kula flow.
- Kula Flow created time
Note: The search returns the top 50 results based on the search term for each (contact and Kula Flow)
Opening a search Result
Click anywhere on the search result row to open the particular (contact/Kula Flow) on the page.
You can also use arrow keys and enter to open the contact/Kula Flow.
