The following examples are a couple of ways how Kula customers are using the platform:

Automating Outbound Hiring

Kula is tailor-made for the outbound hiring flow. Our customers install the Kula extension called Kula Everywhere and start sourcing from their favorite platforms such as LinkedIn and GitHub.

They either add the candidate to Kula and later create a Kula Flow and attach the candidates to a particular Kula Flow for periodic engagement or directly add candidates to a pre-created Kula Flow and the candidates start getting personalized nudges on their Emails and InMails.

Making Referrals Proactive

The most interesting use case one of our customers uses Kula for is proactive referrals. The founder filters through Org Circles weekly for a couple of hours and shortlists candidates from the employee network. He then would select the connected employees to those candidates and request referrals with the one-click referral flow inside Kula. The company has shortened the hiring cycle by 80% because of the proactive referral flow.
