How to refer candidates on Kula?

Referring on Kula is super easy for employees

How Employees use My Circles: Employees use My Circles as the easiest flow to refer their ex-colleagues and friends to the current company.

Employees can refer/make an intro using two methods:

  1. Using My Circles on the Circles page

  2. Using Global Search

Refer a candidate using Circles

Here's the usual flow:

  1. Navigate to Circles

  2. Find the company through filters

  3. Click and expand the company tile

  4. Find the best-fit candidate for an open role

  5. Click on 'Refer'

  6. Select the job you want to refer your friend/chosen candidate for

  7. Select the recruiter or hiring manager responsible for the open role

And you're done.

Note - To be able to refer a friend on Kula for a job, the organization needs to have its ATS integrated to Kula. Check this help article to integrate your ATS with Kula

Refer candidates through the Global Search option

  1. Open the Search panel by clicking the search icon on the left navigation bar or simply press CMD + K

  2. Search for the candidate by typing a few letters

  3. Select the candidate.

  4. Click on the Refer button

  5. Select Job and click Refer
