Below are the three stages of the Kula Flows:

Draft

All Flows are in Draft mode by default until you set it to Active. You can add multiple candidates, and no actions or steps will be sent at this stage.

Active

Once you set a Flow as Active, this means that it is now live. All the Candidates you added to the Flow will start receiving messages based on the steps you have created.

Complete

When you have identified a Candidate or have closed the role, you can mark the Flow as Complete. This would stop sending messages to all the Candidates that are part of this Flow.
