Under the Profile tab, users can edit their profile where they can add/update the following:
First Name
Last Name
Email
Timezone
Avatar
Change Password
Please note that the email is pre-filled with the email you signed up for or invited through.
You'll need to select your Timezone because your scheduled outreach will be based on what the sender chose here.
