It is the maximum number of emails that can be triggered on your behalf through the Kula platform. While we allow a maximum of 300 emails, we recommend keeping the counter at a minimum for a non-spammy candidate experience. Please keep in mind, the limits apply to an individual and not the entire account. The account limits in turn become the sum total of all defined individual limits.

Triggered emails, when done in bulk, raise spam flags for most email service providers. To avoid such a situation, we keep a minimum of 60 seconds between any two emails sent on your behalf. More intervals, fewer chances of a spam flag, and better candidate experience overall.

The email signature defined here can be used in any of the emails sent out in your name. A good practice is to add your LinkedIn / GitHub / Dribble links to your profile here. Some of us also like to add contact numbers for faster turnaround. You can make your own thing, and be yourself.
