When you reach out to candidates through LinkedIn using Kula Flows, it is imperative to ensure your LinkedIn Recruiter account is synced with your Kula account.
In this article, we will go through two essential actions:
Sync your LinkedIn Recruiter account by ensuring your Work Email is set as the Primary Email on LinkedIn.
Enable your Messaging Notifications
The email you used to register to Kula should be the same email you use for your LinkedIn Recruiter account. This requirement is necessary for the system to send InMails and connection requests through the Kula platform on your behalf.
A system notification will appear in the top bar of the page to inform you should you need to update your LinkedIn settings.
Note: Tasks are paused until LinkedIn settings are fixed.
To fix this, click the Set it up button to redirect you to the LinkedIn Settings page. Under the 'Sign in & security' section, update your Primary email to your Work Email (The email you used to register to Kula).
Once your Primary Email is updated, click the 'Yes, it matches' button from the Kula Everywhere Chrome Extension.
Next, click on the Notifications section and click on Messaging. Under InMail Reminders, select 'Individual' for the 'Choose email frequency.' This will ensure your reply rate is tracked and the Kula Reports show accurate data.
Once done, the Kula Everywhere Chrome Extension will confirm that your settings are all set!
