For instance, a Kula Flow is getting the most opens, replies, and interests - you wouldn’t want it to be restricted to a single recruiter. To make that tribal knowledge universal to the entire company, you can save that Kula Flow as an Organization Blueprint. Now all the recruiters in your organization have access to the Kula Flows. They can use that particular Kula Flow, tweak it per context and role, and repeat the same success for all the open roles.

The Org Blueprints can only be accessed by the members of the same Kula workspace and are not shared with any other Kula account or workspace.
