A Flow can be updated if it is not marked as Completed. Below are two ways to edit the Settings of your Flows.
From the Flows View
Go to the Flows View page
Find the Flow you would like to Edit
Click on the three-dots menu and click on Edit Flow
From the Flows Settings page
Go to the Flows View page
Click on the Flow you would like to Edit
Go to the Settings tab
