Recruiters from your organization can request an introduction from you to connect with a potential candidate for a specific job. It may happen that you are connected to the candidate but cannot vet for them to refer them to your organization. In this case, you can deny an introduction request and provide a specific reason.
To do this, kindly go to your Circles Dashboard by clicking the Dashboard icon from the left menu.
Under the 'Intros to make' section, you can confirm whether you want to make or deny an introduction.
Upon selecting 'Deny', the system will list probable reasons, and you can select one from the options:
