Our Chrome Extension, Kula Everywhere, shows a substantial amount of helpful information at a glance for Recruiters, Sourcers, and Hiring Managers to find potential candidates.

Our Chrome Extension is divided into two tabs: Overview and Activities. Below, you will find a list of all widgets and how they can be used.

Overview Tab

Latest Activity Widget

This widget will allow you to view the latest activities on the Candidate's profile. This includes Notes, Tasks, LinkedInMails, etc.

Kula Flows Widget

This widget will allow you to view all the Flows in which the Candidate is added. This includes all past and active Flows.

ATS Snapshot Widget

This widget lets users get a glimpse of a Candidate's ATS (Applicant Tracking System) profile. Note that the ATS must be connected to your Kula account to take advantage of this. Here's our article on how to connect your ATS.

Task Counter Widget

This lists all the tasks, including Pending, Live, and Done tasks. This will help you keep track of any pending actions and stay productive!

Contact Info Widget

This provides the user with the contact information of a candidate, which may include Email and Phone Number.

Activities Tab

Notes Widget

This will allow you to leave a note specific to the Candidate. Users can leave a Private Note by checking the box.

All Activities Widget

This widget will allow you to view all the activities pertaining to the Candidate. This includes Notes and Conversations.
