Integrating your Gmail account with Kula lets you conveniently send emails to candidates from the Kula platform. This seamless integration streamlines your communication process, saves time, and keeps all your candidate interactions in one place.
This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to connect your mailbox to Kula.
Step 1: Access Kula Settings
Log in to your Kula account using your credentials.
Once logged in, click on Settings from the navigation bar on the left side of the page.
Step 2: Open the Profile Tab and Navigate to Integrations
Within the Kula Settings page, click on the "Profile" tab. This will display your profile settings.
Scroll down to the "Integrations" section. Here, you will find options for connecting various integrations, including Gmail.
Step 3: Connect Your Gmail Account
In the "Integrations" section, locate the "Connect your Gmail" option.
Click on the "Connect" button next to it. A new window or tab will open, prompting you to authorize the connection with your Gmail account.
Step 4: Grant Required Permissions to Kula
Within the authorization window/tab, you will be asked to log in to your Gmail account if you are not already logged in.
Enter your Gmail account credentials and click "Next" to proceed.
You will be presented with a list of permissions that Kula requires to integrate with your Gmail account.
Click the Continue button to grant the necessary permissions. This will complete the integration process.
