Kula Flows provide a structured and efficient way to manage your hiring process. With the help of Blueprints, you can easily create Kula Flows tailored to your specific needs.

This article provides a step-by-step guide on creating a Kula Flow using Blueprints, allowing you to streamline your hiring process and maximize productivity.

Explained: What are Blueprints?

Blueprints in Kula are pre-defined templates that serve as a starting point for creating Kula Flows. These templates have predefined steps and settings designed to automate and simplify the hiring process. By utilizing Blueprints, you can save time and effort in setting up your Kula Flows.

Step 1: Navigate to the Kula Flows Page

1. Log in to your Kula account using your credentials.

2. On the side navigation bar, click on Flows to access the Kula Flows page.

Step 2: Select "New Kula Flow"

1. On the Kula Flows page, locate the "New Kula Flow" button in the top right corner.

2. Click on the button to initiate the creation of a new Kula Flow.

Step 3: Choose a Preferred Blueprint

1. In the "New Kula Flow" window that appears, you will see a selection of available Blueprints.

2. Review the options and choose the blueprint that best suits your requirements for the Kula Flow.

3. Click on the "Use this" button for the selected blueprint.

Step 4: Fill in the Details

  1. Provide a descriptive name for the Kula Flow that represents its purpose.

  2. Review all the steps included in the Blueprint and adjust what is necessary.

  3. Once done, go to the Settings page

    1. Add the team members, including recruiters, sourcers, and hiring managers, who will be collaborating on the specific job opening.

    2. If applicable, use the ATS dropdown to map the Kula Flow to the corresponding ATS job. Note: Integration with your ATS is required for this feature.

    3. Use the dropdown options to map the Kula Flow to relevant departments.

    4. Set a time schedule for the steps in the Kula Flow.
      โ€‹Users can set a time schedule allowing them to define the specific days and time range for sending messages. Whether it's sending out messages from Monday to Friday or customizing the schedule for different weekdays, Kula enables users to tailor their communication strategy. For instance, users can choose to send messages until 12 pm on a Friday, ensuring timely interactions with candidates while maintaining control over the timing of their communication.

  4. Ensure that tracking is selected to enable reporting purposes.

  5. Once done, click on the Save button.

Final Step: Launch Your Kula Flow

1. Once you have reviewed and made any necessary modifications, you can launch your Kula Flow.

2. Click on the launch button to set the Kula Flow in motion.

3. Watch your Kula Flow in action, automating and optimizing your hiring process.
