The Kula AI feature is a powerful tool designed to assist recruiters in capturing top talents efficiently and effectively.

Kula AI analyzes vast amounts of data and insights to understand the characteristics of high-performing candidates in your industry and the specific roles you are recruiting for. Based on this analysis, it generates personalized messaging sequences to maximize engagement with potential candidates.

Follow these simple steps to use the AI feature:

Log in to your Kula account and click on the Flows icon from the left side menu

Click on the New Flow button to create a new Flow. Check out this <a href="https://help.kula.ai/en/collections/4708270-creating-a-kula-flow">article</a> for a step-by-step guide on how to create a new Flow

Once your Flow is created, select your first Flow Step. Kula offers three options: Email, LinkedIn InMail, and LinkedIn Connection Request. Choose the appropriate channel based on your communication strategy and the preferences of your target audience.

Enter all the information needed. Be sure to provide information like Schedule and Sender (From field).

Once done, click the 'Generate with AI' option to craft your message using the Kula AI feature.

A new window will pop up, allowing you to enter the information required for the selected step. Be sure to provide accurate and relevant information to ensure the AI-generated message aligns with the intended recipient and context.

Once you provide all the information needed, click the Generate Message button, and Kula will generate a draft message based on your provided information.

Review the AI-generated content to ensure it aligns with your company's tone and the message's purpose. You have the option to regenerate a new message three times by clicking on the Regenerate icon

Once satisfied with the AI-generated message, click the "Save" button to save the changes.
