Review your Kula Flow Before launching your Kula Flow, ensure you have thoroughly reviewed all the steps and settings. Make any necessary modifications to the flow to suit your hiring process requirements. It's crucial to have a clear understanding of the flow's sequence and content to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Set the Flow to Active Within the flow details page, locate the "Launch" button, and click on it. This action sets the flow to Active, enabling it to execute its steps automatically whenever new candidates are added to the system.

Watch Your Kula Flow in Action Your Kula Flow is now live and ready to streamline your hiring process. As candidates are added to the system, your Kula Flow will automatically engage with them based on the predefined steps and messages you have set up.

When a user launches a flow, what happens?

When a user launches a flow, it is set to Active. As candidates are added to the system, the Kula Flow will automatically execute the predefined steps, engaging with the candidates based on the flow's settings.

Can I pause a flow after launching it?

Yes, users have the option to pause a flow at any time. When a flow is paused, all scheduled messages and actions will not be triggered. The flow will retain its status quo until it is set to Active again.

To complete a flow, click the "Complete" button associated with the flow you want to finish. To prevent accidental completions, the system will prompt you to type in the word "COMPLETE" as confirmation before proceeding.
