This article will clarify how this feature maintains distinct contact records while candidates progress through different Flows.

To better grasp the concept, let's delve into an example:

  1. Contact A in Flow A: Picture a candidate, Contact A, linked to Flow A.

  2. Interest in Flow A: A user marks Contact A as interested

With the scenario above, consider the following:

  1. Adding Contact A to Flow B: Another recruiter adds Contact A in Flow B

  2. Independent Stage Maintenance: Importantly, the stage of Contact A in Flow A remains completely unaffected by their addition to Flow B.

  3. Separate Stage Propagation: Flow B operates on its own steps and stages, entirely separate from Flow A. Any stage changes in Flow B do not influence the stages of Contact A in Flow A.

In addition to this, the Contact's profile page provides the following information:

  1. Flow Stage Column: Users can use the "Flow Stage" column to indicate candidate interest ("Flow Interested" / "Flow Not-Interested") within the flow.

  2. ATS Stage Column: The "Flow Status" column is replaced by the "ATS Stage" column, showing the candidate's stage in ATS. This column provides a convenient link to the ATS for quick access.
