Candidates progress through various stages when added to a Flow, each reflecting a different phase of your sequence. These stages are instrumental in saving time and effort as well as transparency.

There are three Columns within the Contacts page that users should consider when looking for candidates.

  • Active Flow

  • Stage

  • Other Flows

Let's go through each column:

The Active Flow column enables you to focus your attention on candidates who are actively being considered for a role.

This column will show any Flow that the candidate is added to that is considered 'Active' These are Flows where the Stage of the Candidate is either of the following:

  1. In-progress - The flow is actively underway, with the candidate moving through successive steps

  2. Paused - The flow is temporarily paused by a user

  3. Enriching - The flow is in the process of email enrichment, enhancing candidate data

The Stage column works in tandem with the Active Flow column. This allows you to know what Stage the Candidate is at in a specific Active Flow.

The Other Flows column acts as a repository for stages that don't fit into the primary "In-progress," "Paused," or "Enrich" categories.

Utilizing Filters on the Contacts Page

By utilizing filters based on the columns above, you can instantly narrow down your focus. For example, filtering for "In-progress" contacts narrows your attention to those actively moving forward.
