The Reply-To feature in Kula Flow Steps fosters collaboration within your recruiting team. Instead of receiving candidate responses to a single address, you can configure your Flow Steps to include multiple reply-to addresses
Here's a step-by-step guide on setting up and using the Reply-To feature within your Kula Flows:
Create your Flow by following this guide
Once your Flow is created, go to the Steps tab and choose Email
Enter all the required information for your Email step and click on the 'Add Reply-to' link to add Reply-to email address/es

βOnce clicked, the Reply-to field will be visible to select the users you would like to receive an email when a candidate responds to your Email Flow Step.
βNote: There is no limit on how many users you can select for the reply-to feature.Proceed in entering all the information needed and when done, click on the Save button to save your Email Flow Step.
Note: The Candidate's reply will be sent to each reply-to-user's mailboxes, including the Flow Sender.
Notifications
Each reply-to user will be notified via an in-app or Slack notification.
Duplicate responses will not impact the "replied" count shown in any metrics, including Flow Metrics, Dashboard, and Daily recap notification email.
