Within the "Settings" section of a Flow, users will encounter the Error Handling subsection at the bottom.

This section is structured with two distinct fields. The first field is designated for managing Other Errors scenarios, while the second is intended to address Email Errors scenarios.

Under "Other Errors," we encompass LinkedIn Inmail and LinkedIn Connection Request errors.

Meanwhile, the Email Errors category encompasses issues related to the Email channel, specifically "Email not found" and "Email bounced."

By default, both fields will have the recommended option selected. The recommended option requires manual action by the user to manage the error situations effectively.

The other options are Automatic in nature, meaning that if chosen, they will execute the necessary actions automatically to help with the error situation.

This will happen in two ways:

  1. Skip to the next step for the candidate.

  2. Stop executing the next steps for the candidate.
