The Tailored Candidate Engagement module elevates a recruiter's communication strategy across the entire recruitment process, spanning from the initial sourcing stage to engaging with candidates. By utilizing this module, recruiters can experience a direct and almost immediate improvement in key outreach metrics such as open rate, click rate, and response rate.
At its core, the standout feature of this module is its ability to customize each message for each candidate. This means recruiters can craft personalized and targeted communication for individual candidates, enhancing the effectiveness of their outreach efforts.
This feature seamlessly integrates into both Kula's Chrome Extension and Web Application, ensuring a consistent and efficient user experience.

When adding a candidate from LinkedIn to a Flow, users can now comprehensively review, edit, modify, and personalize all configured steps in the Flow.
Please note the following:
For Flows with an AI-generated message that includes a Dynamic Block as a Step, users must review the content to proceed and add the Candidate to a Flow. Please click here to learn more about AI-generated steps.
For Flows without an AI-generated message, the Tailored Candidate Engagement feature allows you to override your Flow message and compose a personalized message for specific candidates. Users can do this by clicking on the Personalize Steps button to open the text editor.
After reviewing and finalizing the steps, users can proceed to add the Candidate to a Flows. Moreover, users can override the initially set schedule in the Flows settings.
This functionality proves valuable in scenarios where a Candidate is an excellent fit, allowing users to reach out ahead of the scheduled time or select a preferred time for increased chances of a favorable response.
Within the Kula Web Application:
Navigate to your Flows page and select the specific Flows you are actively working on.
Select the Candidate, click on their Profile, and go to the Conversations tab.
Click the Review button to personalize the Flow Step message tailored to the candidate.
Upon completion, click the Save button to apply the personalized changes.
You will also be able to do these actions in an Active Flow for subsequent steps that are yet to be executed by clicking on the steps that have not yet been Completed.
IMPORTANT NOTE: While this module empowers you to customize the execution time for each Step, it's essential to note that the Flow's schedule, as configured in the Flow settings, will still be followed.
