The Flow Health report is an essential tool for understanding and optimizing your recruitment strategy. It empowers users by offering insights into the efficiency and effectiveness of sourcing efforts, tracking candidate engagement, and evaluating the overall impact on the candidate pipeline. This report serves as a vital compass for making informed decisions in your recruitment journey on Kula.

The Flow Health report delivers core insights into the following:

  • Efficiency Monitoring: Gauge the efficiency of your top-of-funnel sourcing activities to streamline processes.

  • Effectiveness Assessment: Evaluate the effectiveness of your sourcing efforts in attracting relevant candidates.

  • Candidate Engagement Tracking: Monitor candidate engagement throughout the sourcing journey.

  • Impact on Candidate Pipeline: Assess how sourcing activities influence the progression of candidates through the recruitment pipeline.


There are two reports in Flow Health:


Candidate Touchpoint

Focuses on outreach candidate metrics based on the first message sent date, presented in both chart and table formats.

Below are the data points shown:

Candidate Touchpoint Chart

  • Sent:
    Represents the total number of messages sent within the specified given date across all Flows.

  • Opened:
    Indicates the count of messages that were opened by recipients within the specified given date across all Flows.

  • Replied:

    Quantifies the number of Candidate responses within the specified within the specified given date across all Flows.

  • Interested:

    Represents the number of candidates who expressed interest and have been marked as Interested within the specified given date across all Flows.

Candidate Touchpoint Table

  • Open Rate:

    Calculated as the ratio of Opened Messages to Sent Messages, expressed as a percentage.

  • Replied Rate:

    Calculated as the ratio of Replied Messages to Sent Messages, expressed as a percentage.

  • Interested Rate:

    Calculated as the ratio of Interested Candidates to Sent Messages, expressed as a percentage.

User Activity

Examines metrics related to user activities on a specific day, providing insights into the actions performed within the system.

Below are the data points for the User Activity Report:

  • Added To Kula:
    Represents the count of candidates newly added to the recruitment process within the specified timeframe. This metric signifies the growth of the candidate pool.

  • 1st Message Sent:
    Indicates the number of candidates to whom the initial message was sent. This metric focuses on the first communication step in the recruitment outreach.

  • Follow-Up Sent:
    Quantifies the number of messages sent to Candidates. This metric highlights cases where recruiters sent additional messages due to a lack of response after the initial message.

  • Replied Received:
    Reflects the count of candidates who responded to the communication. This metric measures the engagement level and effectiveness of the recruitment messaging.

  • Interested Candidates:
    Signifies the number of candidates who not only responded but also expressed interest in the recruitment process or presented opportunities. This metric is marked by recruiters to denote candidates with strong interest and potential.


Grouping and Breaking down your data

Group By:

  • Flow: Analyzing data based on specific recruitment flows for detailed performance insights.

  • Recruiter: Grouping data by individual recruiters to assess their unique impact on the engagement process.

  • Company: Categorizing data by companies associated with candidates for tailored analysis.

  • Location: Grouping data based on the geographical location of candidates.

  • School: Segmenting data by the educational institutions of candidates for targeted insights.

  • Source: Analyzing data by the sources through which candidates were acquired.

  • ATS Department: (Only applicable if ATS is connected with Kula) Grouping data based on departments within the Applicant Tracking System.

  • ATS Job: (Only applicable if ATS is connected with Kula) Categorizing data by specific jobs or positions within the Applicant Tracking System.

Breakdown By:

  • Recruiter: A detailed breakdown of performance metrics specific to individual recruiters.

  • School: A granular breakdown of data based on the educational institutions of candidates.

  • Source: A breakdown of data based on the sources through which candidates were sourced.

  • Channel: A breakdown of data based on the channel used to reach out to candidates.

Metrics:

  • Overall Rate: A holistic metric providing an overall performance assessment.

  • Pass-through Rate: A key metric evaluating the efficiency of candidates passing through different stages in the engagement process.
