Understanding your Data


Each of the subsequent data points is categorized based on Gender:

  • Sent:
    Represents the total number of messages sent within the specified given date across all Flows.

  • Opened:
    Indicates the count of messages that were opened by recipients within the specified given date across all Flows.

  • Replied:

    Quantifies the number of Candidate responses within the specified within the specified given date across all Flows.

  • Interested:

    Represents the number of candidates who expressed interest and have been marked as Interested within the specified given date across all Flows.

Grouping your data by gender along with the following options:

Group By:

  • Flow: Analyzing data based on specific recruitment flows for detailed performance insights.

  • Recruiter: Grouping data by individual recruiters to assess their unique impact on the engagement process.

  • Company: Categorizing data by companies associated with candidates for tailored analysis.

  • Location: Grouping data based on the geographical location of candidates.

  • School: Segmenting data by the educational institutions of candidates for targeted insights.

  • Source: Analyzing data by the sources through which candidates were acquired.

  • ATS Department: (Only applicable if ATS is connected with Kula) Grouping data based on departments within the Applicant Tracking System.

  • ATS Job: (Only applicable if ATS is connected with Kula) Categorizing data by specific jobs or positions within the Applicant Tracking System.

Breakdown By:

  • Recruiter: A detailed breakdown of performance metrics specific to individual recruiters.

  • School: A granular breakdown of data based on the educational institutions of candidates.

  • Source: A breakdown of data based on the sources through which candidates were sourced.

Metrics:

  • Overall Rate: A holistic metric providing an overall performance assessment.

  • Pass-through Rate: A key metric evaluating the efficiency of candidates passing through different stages in the engagement process.
