The ATS Report is an add-on and is a comprehensive tool designed to streamline the recruitment landscape by enhancing candidate tracking and management, improving time-to-fill metrics, promoting diversity and inclusion, and prioritizing candidate experience. It provides data-driven insights and visualizations to empower recruiters and hiring managers in making informed decisions throughout the recruitment journey.

Purpose of the Report: The primary purpose of the ATS Report is to automate and optimize recruitment processes by leveraging advanced data analytics and visualization techniques. It addresses common challenges recruiters face, such as candidate tracking difficulties, lengthy time-to-fill periods, diversity and inclusion goals, and poor candidate experiences. By providing actionable insights and metrics, the report enables organizations to identify areas for improvement, streamline workflows, and secure top talent efficiently.

Before getting started, please make sure that the ATS mapping is completed. This is done under your Kula Settings > Integrations page.

Depending on your ATS, please ensure that the permission allowing Kula to access the necessary data is enabled. Refer to the articles below for detailed guidance:

Understanding your data

When reviewing your data, you have two views: Chart and Table.

Chart
See the big picture. This option shows easy-to-understand charts with ATS metrics and the percentage distribution across Candidate Stages.

Table: Dive into the details. This option gives you the numbers for each Flow or Job Title, helping you get a closer look at specific data points.

Key Metrics:

  • Overall Rate: Get an overall view of how well things are going in your recruitment process.

  • Passthrough Rate: Shows the efficiency of your pipeline by revealing the percentage of candidates moving through each stage.

  • Time in Stage: Identify where your process might take longer and optimize accordingly.

Grouping and Breaking down your data

By integrating available filters, such as those for job roles, application statuses, and candidate attributes, you can tailor your data interpretation to specific parameters, ensuring a nuanced and targeted approach. This powerful combination of Grouping, Breaking Down, and filters provides a toolkit for a more detailed exploration of your data.

Grouping: Grouping allows you to categorize information, providing a structured view of your data. Whether it's by department, location, or any other custom variable, Grouping brings clarity to your analysis.

Breaking Down: This feature allows you to dissect data further, uncovering specific insights within a grouped set. It's a valuable tool to pinpoint areas of interest or identify trends within a broader context.
