The KPI Report aims to be the compass in your transformative journey toward recruitment success. It goes beyond traditional reporting by focusing on fundamental metrics, offering insights into the effectiveness of your outreach strategy. The purpose is to empower users with a detailed understanding of candidate engagement, recruiter impact, gender-specific dynamics, outreach channel effectiveness, and individual sender performance.

Below are the types of KPI Reports in Kula:

Number of Candidates added by Recruiter

This report provides a clear view of each recruiter's contribution, making it easy to understand and appreciate their efforts in building the candidate pool on the Kula platform.

Each of the following reports will include the following metrics:

  • Open Count
    Open Count refers to the number of candidates who have opened a message sent during the outreach process.

  • Reply Count:
    Reply Count represents the number of candidates who have responded to a message sent during the outreach process.

  • Interested Count:
    Interested Count refers to the number of candidates who have expressed interest in the engagement process or opportunities presented and have been marked as Interested by a Recruiter within the Kula app.

KPI By Recruiter: Get insights into individual recruiter performance through the "KPI By Recruiter" report. It breaks down key metrics, helping you see how each recruiter performs. This straightforward report aids in identifying patterns and areas for improvement in recruitment strategies.

KPI for Gender Diversity: Understand gender dynamics in your recruitment with the "KPI for Gender Diversity" report. It simplifies the metrics based on candidate gender, giving you valuable insights to shape gender-specific outreach strategies for a more diverse and inclusive candidate pool.

KPI by Channel: Explore the effectiveness of different communication channels with the "KPI by Channel" report. This report is straightforward, offering a clear view of metrics tailored to each channel, helping you optimize your outreach strategy across Email, LinkedIn InMail, and LinkedIn Connection Requests.

KPI by Sender: Delve into the impact of individual senders on recruitment communication with the "KPI by Sender" report. With this tool, you can identify the sender who consistently generates results, aiding in the optimization of communication strategies and the enhancement of overall recruitment effectiveness.
