Recruiters will be able to create a new project using two simple methods. This action can be accomplished in both the Kula Chrome extension and in-app effortlessly.

Within the Kula App:

1. Log in to your Kula account and go to the Projects section.

2. Click "New Project" in the top-right corner to open a user-friendly pop-up.

3. Fill in basic information:

  • "Project Name": In the designated field, enter the relevant project name for organizational clarity, and note that this will also contribute to better search results for organizational efficiency. (Important: This step is mandatory.)

  • "Description": Offer a concise project description.

  • "Talent Pool": Associate the project with an existing pool or create a new one by entering the desired value. This database of potential candidates whose skills and experience align with your company's needs can always be utilized at any given time.

4. Click "Create Project" to finalize your project setup.

5. In the "Project Team" section, set up project access by selecting one of the following options:

  • "Private": Exclusive access for the project owner to view and edit.

  • "Everyone": Recruiters will have edit access, and Hiring Managers will have view-only access.

  • "Invite Team Members": Selectively invite team members.

6. Once completed, click "Save & Next" to confirm your choice.

7. Invite Collaborators: In the "Collaborators" section, invite users who will be contributing to and collaborating on this project. You can also invite external users; this will be helpful to agencies that serve numerous clients and businesses that employ several agencies for hiring.

Complete this setup with the following options:

  • "Client Name": Select an existing company with whom you have partnered or create a new one. (Important: This step is mandatory.).

  • "Invite Users": Enter the user's (internal team members) or client's (external team members) email address. (Important: This step is also mandatory.).

  • Personalize collaboration with a note in the "Add Your Message" field.

8. Click "Invite Collaborators" to extend invitations, or skip if not relevant.

Within the Kula Everywhere Chrome extension:
