When recruiters have shortlisted candidates for a project, they can collaborate with hiring managers to get feedback. Here's a straightforward guide to how this process works:

Sending Candidates:

After shortlisting candidates, recruiters have the option to send them to a specific hiring manager for further evaluation.

Hiring Manager Review:

The designated hiring manager will receive a list of candidates for review. They will thoroughly assess each candidate and provide valuable feedback.

Feedback Loop:

The hiring manager's feedback is sent back to the recruiter, creating a continuous feedback loop. Recruiters can use this feedback to make informed decisions and refine the candidate selection process. Recruiters and hiring managers can collaborate effectively, ensuring a smooth flow of information throughout the candidate evaluation process.

By clicking on the "Reviews" button in the left navigation bar of your Kula account, you will land on the Reviews dashboard or home page.

A. Smart Filtering Options: As your review portfolio expands, utilize filters to quickly locate specific reviews or group them based on:

  • Projects

  • Reviewers

  • Requesters

B. Dynamic Sorting Capability: Take charge of your review list with flexible sorting options.

  • Arrange reviews alphabetically (name A-Z, name Z-A).

  • Organize by creation date (Newest to Oldest, Oldest to Newest).

C. Intuitive Search Functionality: Dive deep into your reviews using the search bar.

  • Instantly find reviews by entering keywords within the review’s name.
