The editor will open up as you select 'email' as a step in a Kula Flow.
In the editor, you get to see certain empty fields. Here are the steps to follow:
Fill in an indicative name for the email for internal reference.
Select whether the step should be 'automatic' or 'manual'.
βUse the 'send after' drop-down to perfectly time the email trigger.
Select the 'From' user. You can send any email via any of the Kula workspace members who have been added to the Kula Flows while creating the Kula Flow.
Fill in the subject of the email. Subjects are an available field for all new emails and not available for any of the follow-ups.
For the message body, you can either select a pre-saved mail template or write a mail body from scratch.
βMail template: You can select a pre-saved template the editor will populate with all the template details. You can edit it further.
Save as template: If there is an email you reuse many times with minor edits, you can save those as templates, and you'll find them under 'Mail Template' on the top-right of the email editor.
Click on the 'preview' icon on the center-right of the email editor for a final check.
βYou can also 'Send test email' to an email ID you want and look at the real-life view of the email.
Click on 'Save Step' to save all edits and changes.
