Invite your Team through Google Workspace

Invite team members within your Google Workspace domain

Once your Google Workspace is integrated with Kula, you can invite your Google Workspace contacts to Kula.

  1. Click on your profile icon at the bottom left part of the page > Settings

  2. Under the Settings page, click on the Organization tab

  3. Go to the Users & Roles section and click on the New User button
    ​

  4. Click on the 'Add from your Google Workspace' button

  5. You can select the team members you want to invite to your Kula account. You may use the search bar to find them using their Name or Email address

  6. Select a role for each team member. It is essential to select the proper role as this would control their access and permission. Kindly check here to view our Roles & Permissions guide

  7. Once done, click on the 'Send invitation' button
    ​
    ​

    The users you invited will receive an email with a link to log in to your Kula account. You will be able to view the Status of each user you invited.

List of User Status

Status

Description

Active

Users that have accepted the invitation

Pending

Users that have not yet accepted the invitation

Removed

Users that have been deleted from the Users' list
