The Flow Timezone functionality empowers recruiters and hiring managers to connect with candidates in different countries or time zones.

Moreover, positioning yourself strategically to achieve optimal engagement metrics, such as open rate, click rate, and reply rate, is crucial. This is particularly valuable in building the top funnel, a critical element in engaging with passive candidates, and plays a significant role in reducing the time-to-hire goal.

You can schedule the days, time frames, and time zones to follow when a Flow step is sent to a candidate by going to the Flow Settings page.

โ€‹Note: Setting the Timezone is a required action when creating a Flow

When creating a Flow, it should be noted that your Kula Profile's timezone (under Settings > Profile > General > Timezone) will be set as the default timezone.

It's important to mention that when you "Clone" a Flow, the Timezone settings are also copied to the newly created Flow.

Note that in Kula, every step, whether performed manually or automated, is treated as a Task and can be found in the Tasks section on the left side of the window. To learn more about this, kindly refer to this article.
